About the position

The Human Resources Shared Services Specialist at Envista Holdings Corporation plays a crucial role in the centralized HR functions, ensuring consistency across various Operating Companies. This position is responsible for managing employee records, onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing support to the HR team. The specialist will utilize Workday (HRIS) to create, update, and maintain employee records, including processing hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for employees, contributing to the maintenance of HR resources on SharePoint, and managing the HRSS central email inbox. In addition to these responsibilities, the specialist will participate in special projects such as digitizing personnel files and ensuring that the New Hire Orientation materials are current and accessible. The role requires a strong focus on maintaining digital files, managing legal holds, and responding to document requests. The specialist will also provide timely information and guidance to employees, create and maintain standard work for HR Shared Services, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion and integrity in handling confidential information, possess a solutions-oriented mindset, and represent Envista's core values. Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain employee records, position details, and organizational data in Workday (HRIS).
  • Process hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Collaborate across Operating Companies and Departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for employees.
  • Contribute to and maintain SharePoint / Envista Connect for HR facing and employee facing content and resources.
  • Maintain a list of FAQs for employees, updating as required.
  • Manage, organize, and complete actions in the HRSS central email inbox.
  • Participate in special projects such as digitizing personnel files and I9 verification.
  • Ensure the New Hire Orientation deck is current and digitized for delivery.
  • Manage digital files, legal holds, document requests, and all other items related to digital file maintenance.
  • Provide information, guidance, or instruction to employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and maintain Human Resources Shared Services Standard Work.
  • Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in projects to improve overall HRSS functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources or other related field.
  • Workday knowledge / experience desirable.
  • Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English via spoken and written word.
