Responsibilities

Requirements

• Two years of progressively responsible human resources experience with job evaluation/classification and recruitment/selection activities.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Organizational Development may substitute for one year of experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with SEMA4 and Recruiting Solutions or other HRIS/Recruitment software.
• Ability to conduct classification audits within a complex classification structure.
• Strong analysis and technical writing skills for job classification analysis.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor law.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using SEMA4 and Recruiting Solutions for HR transactions.
• Experience working in a union environment, including contract interpretation.
• Experience coordinating and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Experience providing benefits, worker's compensation, and FMLA assistance.
