In this role, the Human Resources Specialist will provide day-to-day HR support for attorneys, working closely with the Human Resources Manager and Office Practice Leaders to implement development, morale, and engagement efforts. The specialist will facilitate various HR processes such as leaves of absence, secondments, and employment verification. Additionally, the role includes coordinating the onboarding process for lateral attorneys, facilitating New York New Lawyer Orientation for first-year associates, and supporting attorney retention and development initiatives. The specialist will also assist with immigration needs, coordinate attorney departures, and provide support for HR trainings and events. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
