This position is essential for managing employee data within our HR systems and ensuring compliance with various regulations. The role is currently a contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing regulatory reports, assisting with employee onboarding and orientation, conducting employee evaluations, and supporting recruiting efforts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring that all HR processes align with HIPAA regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be vital in helping us streamline our HR operations and improve employee satisfaction. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our HR practices are effective and compliant. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that enhance our workplace culture and support our employees' needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements
