About The Position
The Human Resources Specialist (Classification) will provide position management and classification services within the Human Resources Office of the U.S. Pacific Fleet. This role involves participating in position management exercises, conducting analyses to improve organizational structure, and ensuring compliance with classification standards. The specialist will also manage requests and maintain documentation related to position descriptions, working closely with supervisors and other specialists.
