About The Position
The HR Specialist for Employee Development and Engagement is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, supporting the professional growth of employees, and promoting employee well-being. This role involves coordinating onboarding for new hires, implementing engagement and retention strategies, organizing employee recognition programs, and overseeing training and development initiatives. The HR Specialist will also conduct assessments to measure satisfaction, collaborate with employees to address concerns, and develop retention strategies.
