The Human Resources Specialist (Executive Resources) position at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is a full-time role that provides staffing and recruitment support for the agency's executive resources programs, which include Senior Executive Service (SES) and political appointee actions. In this role, the specialist will provide a wide range of administrative and technical support to the FTC's Performance Review Board. This includes developing audits, reporting, and fulfilling Executive Review Board (ERB) requirements. The position requires specialized experience in managing or administering programs related to senior executives, including Career and Non-career SES, Schedule C political appointees, and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs). The specialist will be involved in various aspects of recruitment, staffing, qualifications, employment, appointments, performance management, and executive development, making it a critical role within the agency's human resources framework.
