About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at Aramark is responsible for providing administrative support to management, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies. This role requires interaction with visitors and employees in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience. The position may vary based on client requirements and business needs, and it reports to the Senior Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies.
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, and human resources.
  • Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office memos and informative postings.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong digital literacy.
