Responsibilities

• Assist in administering and implementing human resource programs at the facility.

• Administer employee relations matters, including the incentive awards program and performance evaluation program.
• Provide advisory services to employees and advice on leave regulations.
• Maintain security of the institution as a primary responsibility.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• One full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement for GL-07; a Master's or equivalent graduate degree for GL-09.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in federal service for GL-07 and GL-09.
• Knowledge of federal personnel principles, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
