Responsibilities

  • Answer talent acquisition questions related to job postings, orientation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to provide guidance on applicant-related questions.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and contribute to other recruitment duties as needed.
  • Work on HR projects and collaborate with other HR team members.
  • Exercise discretion and good judgment on complex subjects while working under minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of experience required.
  • One year's related experience in Human Resources required.
  • Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with Excel spreadsheets and flexibility in a changing environment.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and action-oriented.
