Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, advice, and consultation on performance and behavior matters with university employees.
  • Communicate HR programs, practices, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct intake and maintain filing and record-keeping of cases, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Monitor cases for trends and implement professional development training.
  • Conduct investigations and write comprehensive reports as assigned.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing HR policies and training initiatives.
  • Assess professional development needs and design training content.
  • Coordinate training and development programs with university stakeholders.
  • Provide training and assistance to training providers and administrators.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding TrainTraq capabilities and functionality.
  • Process TrainTraq access requests and monitor user roles.
  • Monitor outstanding training and provide reports to university leadership.
  • Compose and develop the monthly departmental newsletter.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and support professional development initiatives.
  • Coordinate the annual performance review process and monitor completion.
  • Attend System meetings related to area of responsibility.
