The position requires a proactive approach to managing organizational charts, emergency contact rosters, and manpower tables. The specialist will also prepare official correspondence in accordance with Army regulations, demonstrating a strong understanding of military correspondence practices. Furthermore, the role involves tracking mandatory training for government personnel and managing award presentations, which are essential for recognizing employee contributions and maintaining morale within the organization. In addition to these responsibilities, the Human Resource Specialist II will assist in planning and executing Equal Employee Observances and morale and welfare events, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
