Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and management support for personnel functions for assigned programs.

Requirements

  • Active membership as a soldier in the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is required.
  • One year of specialized experience in processing personnel or pay actions, conducting staff visits or inspections, and interpreting regulations.
  • A Master's or equivalent graduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a related field.
  • A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position.
