The position demands a high level of competency in computer literacy, customer service, technical competence, and written communication, as these skills are essential for effective performance in this role. The incumbent will also be expected to maintain a Secret Clearance, which is a prerequisite for the position, and may be required to perform occasional Temporary Duty Travel (TDY).
