This position is located at Irwin Army Community Hospital in the Soldier Recovery Unit at Fort Riley, Kansas.
Responsibilities
Responsible for management of military personnel functions.
Participate in staff meetings addressing military human resource matters.
Coordinate administrative documents for in and out-processing and Soldier's orders.
Prepare and reconcile reports and brief management and supervisors.
Compose correspondence as necessary.
Review changes in legislation, DoD, and higher-level component policies.
Requirements
One year of specialized experience managing military personnel forms; preparing and providing reports and/or briefings; AND assisting with writing course lesson plans for subordinate employees on various personnel issues.
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field such as Human Resource Management or Business.
Combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position.
