About the position

Responsibilities

  • Participate in executive management programs such as staffing, position classification, employee relations, and HR development.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement human resources strategies for organizational redesign and management of SES.
  • Conduct studies and projects in various program areas related to human resources.
  • Provide interpretation and guidance on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct analyses through review of reports, evaluations, studies, and command-level visits.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
  • Must pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
  • Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
  • Retired military members must comply with specific provisions regarding civilian positions.
  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • Must obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance.
