About the position

The Human Resources Specialist - Records Management position at Golden Key Group (GKG) is a full-time role focused on providing administrative and technical assistance within the Human Resources program, particularly in a classified environment. This role involves working closely with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services to ensure the effective management of human resources functions. The specialist will be responsible for supporting various project teams, including those focused on Leadership and Talent Development, as well as Compensation & Benefits. In this position, the specialist will engage in a variety of tasks that include coordinating deliverable deadlines, conducting analyses, and performing research to support ongoing projects. The role also requires the production of Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) and the preparation of presentations to communicate findings and updates effectively. The specialist will be expected to adapt to current business processes and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR program. Other duties may be assigned as needed, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role within the organization. This position is open for future opportunities, indicating that while it is currently available, there may be additional openings in the future as the company continues to grow and evolve. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and administrative support to Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits project teams.
  • Coordinate and meet deliverable deadlines for various projects.
  • Conduct analysis and research in support of HR projects.
  • Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) to track project progress.
  • Prepare presentations to communicate project updates and findings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • TS SCI Clearance is required.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience is necessary.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an HR or Administrative role is required.
  • Solid MS Office skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience with HR software such as Yello, Hand-Shake, or HireVue is desired.
