About the position

The Human Resources Specialist / Recruiter at Pegasus Recovery Solutions is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting various HR functions. This role is essential for attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in HR software, specifically Bamboo.
