About the position

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of federal hiring processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
