About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at United Fashions of Texas - Melrose is responsible for supporting the HR team in various tasks related to employee management throughout their employment lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and terminations.
• Manage data entry and audit for sensitive employee information.
• Assist new hires during the pre-boarding and onboarding process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Initiate changes in the Paylocity HRIS for personnel events such as job changes and salary actions.
• Track evaluation progress and provide reminders for document completion.
• Complete employment eligibility documentation including I-9s and E-Verify in a timely manner.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex matters to appropriate HR contacts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related work experience preferred or equivalent education and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
