The Human Resources Specialist position at Vessel Operations Coastal Villages Region Fund (CVRF) is a full-time role focused on providing comprehensive support to the vessel operations team. Additionally, the role requires compiling all necessary paperwork during the recruitment process, including interview notes and pre-employment screenings. The human resources function of this role includes initiating onboarding events, administering hiring paperwork, and facilitating vessel orientations. The HR Specialist will also be responsible for booking travel arrangements for crew members and completing necessary documentation for accounting and U.S. Coast Guard purposes. This position requires a strong understanding of current laws to avoid legal challenges and the ability to develop new programs to assist the HR department's needs.
