About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge and exceptional organizational skills, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of HR programs and policies
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (Workday, Oracle, Ceridian)
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Support performance management processes, including succession planning
• Administer leave programs, such as FMLA, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including HR sourcing and screening candidates
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, and Ceridian
• Familiarity with payroll processes and human capital management
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
