Responsibilities

• Provides classification and position management advisory services to managers and supervisors.
• Analyzes and completes Federal civilian recruitment and placement actions considering turnover, funding, retirement, and mission needs.
• Advises management on employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and performance management.
• Provides leadership and training to team and staff regarding federal civilian human resources processing policies.
• Offers comprehensive advisory services to Customer Account Managers (CAMs), team leads, and HR Specialists.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in federal service, military, or private sector for GS-11 level.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service, military, or private sector for GS-12 level.
• Experience in processing various types of federal civilian personnel actions and conducting staffing and classification reviews.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in labor relations and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Human Resources Management principles and regulations.
