About the position

We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that new employees feel welcomed and prepared for their roles. This position will also involve maintaining filing systems to ensure that employee records are organized and easily accessible. The HR Specialist will be responsible for the daily administration of Human Resources functions, including managing employee benefits and ensuring that all HR policies are adhered to. Effective communication is key in this role, as the HR Specialist will need to ensure smooth communication with employees and provide timely resolutions to their queries. The candidate should possess a high level of organization and be able to work well in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in Human Resources, Employee Benefits, or Payroll is essential, along with familiarity with HR or Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will also have recent experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as data entry experience. Familiarity with all office equipment, including phones and scanners, is required. A valid Driver's License is necessary, as this position may require driving to other locations using a company car.
