About the position

The Human Resources Specialist position at Montefiore provides comprehensive HR support to the Weiler, Radiology, and Pharmacy service lines. The role focuses on staffing, recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance activities, and processing HR transactions. The specialist will ensure that HR policies and union contract provisions are consistently applied to achieve high-level HR outcomes.

Responsibilities

Requirements
