• Develop and conduct training programs for employees

• Utilize UltiPro software for HR management tasks
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions
• Manage employee relations and address any issues that arise
• Assist in human capital management initiatives
• Support workforce management activities
• Implement performance management processes
• Perform administrative tasks related to HR functions
• Accurately handle data entry tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years of experience in HR sourcing
• Proficiency in training development and delivery
• Experience in employee evaluation processes
• Familiarity with UltiPro or other HR management software
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices
• Understanding of human capital management principles
• Knowledge of workforce management strategies
• Ability to implement performance management techniques
• Excellent administrative skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities
