In this position, you will be responsible for providing briefings and training sessions to management, work groups, or general employee audiences as necessary. Your participation in various teams and committees will support HR initiatives, particularly those that require training for managers and employees. You will also be tasked with researching, analyzing, and communicating vital information related to HR functions, providing advice and assistance on staffing, classification, compensation, performance management, employee development, and employee relations. Additionally, you will assist hiring managers with recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains the best talent. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing information to provide guidance and recommendations, making you a key player in the HR department's efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities
