Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-potential candidates whose skills align with company needs.
• Work with management to identify internal hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct the full interview process including phone and in-person interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including tracking pre-employment paperwork and creating offer letters.
• Continuously update the Application Tracking System with relevant information.
• Utilize social media to advertise open positions and connect with candidates.
• Attend local networking events and job fairs to interact with potential candidates.
• Maintain proper licensing for employees and assist with reducing overtime and turnover.
• Complete safety and accident reporting and obtain random drug test results.
• Review schedules and submit payroll, and complete QA audits at client sites.
• Coordinate the completion of new hire orientation and ensure training records are complete.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role.
• Experience with an hourly employee base and multi-state operations is highly preferred.
