The HR Assistant III position is a temporary contract role based in Saint Petersburg, FL, designed for a duration of over five months. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. As an HR Specialist, the individual will coordinate employee relations events, such as Bring Your Child to Work Day and Volunteer Day. This includes overseeing all logistics, from sending invites and arranging catering to managing presenters and assisting with content development. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations within the HR department and to support various HR initiatives effectively.
