This role is crucial in supporting various human resources functions, projects, and administrative tasks, working independently and under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies.
• Support various human resources functions and projects.
• Perform administrative tasks related to human resources.
• Maintain effective working relationships with employees and agencies.
• Organize tasks around strict timelines and pay attention to detail.

Requirements

• AA Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Comparable work experience in the field may substitute for degree on a year-to-year basis.
• Related education and/or experience with employment laws and regulations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Familiarity with Bristol Bay area, people, and cultures.
• Computer skills including data entry, manipulation, and report creation in Excel.
• Experience with finance accounting software.
• Must be insurable with a current AK Drivers License.
