About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at TSC Auto ID Technology America is responsible for managing payroll, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and providing support in employee relations. Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll using TriNet
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes using TriNet
• Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution
• Assist with benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 7 years of experience in Human Resources
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
