About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong HR knowledge and exceptional organizational skills. In this role, you will assist with the implementation of HR programs and policies, conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and manage employee records while ensuring data accuracy in HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, and Ceridian. You will also coordinate employee training and development initiatives and support performance management processes, including succession planning. Additionally, you will administer leave programs, such as FMLA, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and assist with recruitment efforts, including HR sourcing and screening candidates. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
