This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruiting, employee evaluation, benefits administration, and compliance with OSHA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee evaluations and performance management processes.
• Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Assist in strategic planning related to human capital management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting and human resources management.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and performance management best practices.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance measures.
• Experience in benefits administration is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
