About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at Great Alliance is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This role involves managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with US employment laws. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering employee engagement and driving HR excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for project-based and permanent positions.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Manage employee relations and resolve issues promptly, with a focus on project-based teams.
• Develop and manage HR projects that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited US institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of US-based experience in HR management.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin skills are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth knowledge of US labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Experience in managing HR projects and teams.
