About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at Grande Cheese Company is responsible for providing administrative support across multiple production facilities. This role emphasizes building positive relationships with employees and management, focusing on enhancing the overall Associate experience and lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Human Resources administrative support for multiple production facilities.
  • Assist with face-to-face contact for HR guidance, direction, and training for all Associates.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with HR, Managers, and Associates.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiencies in HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and strategies, employment law, and selection processes.
  • Intermediate level of operations in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and HRMS.
