We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the human resources function including benefits, personnel record maintenance, payroll, and recruitment, among others. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting and evolving employees through our company's guidelines and managing processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will assist the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees. You will provide guidance to employees based on HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they are well-informed and supported in their roles. Additionally, you will process payroll with a third-party vendor, maintain human resource information system records, and compile reports from the database as needed. Your role will also involve assisting with internal and external HR audits, participating in the collection and submittal of supporting documentation for review, and responding to audit inquiries and recommendations. You will manage employee life events such as leave of absence, status changes, and exit interviews, ensuring that all processes are handled with care and professionalism. Participation in benefits administration is also a key aspect of this role, where you will communicate benefits information to employees, monitor eligibility, process changes, and verify billing accuracy. Furthermore, you will participate in recruitment efforts for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary job openings, screening and interviewing candidates to match their experience with specific job-related requirements. Maintaining and coordinating employee recognition programs and conducting new hire orientations will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that new employees gain a comprehensive understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions.
