About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at Ardent Services, LLC is responsible for managing day-to-day HR services, policies, programs, and benefits within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is highly transactional and involves maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), processing new hire documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The position is integral to supporting employee relations and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and compile reports from database
  • Process New Hire documentation, Transfers, Wage Changes and Terminations
  • Complete special projects by conducting research; developing and organizing information
  • Process Man hours requests and other employee requests as needed
  • Protect Company's value by keeping information confidential
  • Ability to pivot priorities as necessary
  • Employee relations
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years office experience, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly
