Responsibilities

• Participates in the planning, developing, and evaluating organizational development functions.
• Develops recommendations for improving the Career Program processes.
• Plans and conducts assessments and evaluations of overall Career Program and leader development programs.
• Evaluates problems, deficiencies, and inadequacies in the administration of the Career Program.
• Facilitates a variety of professional development program opportunities.
• Performs liaison functions with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC).

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience in civilian personnel laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Experience in managing civilian personnel training programs for a major subordinate command.
• Ability to maintain and update manpower and personnel data for the organization.
• Strong oral communication skills for decision-making and problem resolution.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing reports and training materials.
• Experience in researching, developing, and writing personnel and training policies.
