About the position

Currently, StaffBright has a great HYBRID HR Generalist position located near Southfield, MI. We're seeking candidates with no more than 2 years of Human Resources experience. In this role, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and serve as a key team member in the daily operations of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with traditional daily HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and developing and maintaining our employer brand both internally and externally. You will design and manage communications to promote our company culture and values, serving as a creative marketing/communications resource with a solid HR foundation. We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, creative, and passionate about helping people and fostering an engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with traditional daily HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Develop and maintain the employer brand, both internally and externally.
• Design and manage communications to promote company culture and values.
• Serve as a creative marketing/communications resource with a solid HR foundation.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employee engagement strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage internal and external communication to build and sustain a strong employer brand.
• Extensive experience with business social media platforms and other candidate-facing applications (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed).
• Experience as a Culture Champion is a plus!
