About the position

Position: HR Specialist (Bilingual Spanish/English) Status: Fulltime Exempt Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Location: Bloomingdale, GA Company Overview: Seoyon E-Hwa is a leading automotive parts manufacturing company specializing in precision injection molding solutions. Dedicated to innovation and excellence, our primary focus involves offering Tier 1 manufacturing support to automotive OEMs. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HR Specialist. This role is crucial in supporting our HR functions and ensuring that our workforce is effectively managed and developed. The HR Specialist will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid understanding of HR practices within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, applicant tracking, and coordinating/conducting interviews.
  • Participate in new employee onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing HR-related documentation/reporting.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment processes and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Support in the execution of pre-employment screening and onboarding activities such as background checks and drug testing.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze HR metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
  • Engage with Hiring Managers to understand needs and position requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting and HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, processes, and requirements.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
