About the position

The Site Human Resources Specialist at Datamark, Inc. is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources operations at a specific production site. This role involves assisting in various HR functions such as staffing, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, compliance, and safety. The specialist will maintain confidentiality regarding personnel matters and will be the point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting day-to-day human resources efforts for the production site.
• Support functional areas including staffing, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning personnel actions and organizational plans.
• Help with employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries regarding benefits.
• Distribute informational literature to employees and process enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the human resources field.
• Basic working knowledge of major HR functional areas including recruiting/staffing, policy administration, and benefits/payroll administration.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and presentation).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
