About the position

The Human Resources Specialist at Community Health Centers plays a crucial role in supporting the Learning & Organizational Development and Recruitment departments. This position is responsible for coordinating training programs, managing training records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities. The role is hybrid, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work, and aims to enhance the quality of life for individuals in the community through effective HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for training programs.
• Manage training records and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support various HR departments as assigned.
• Identify and resolve HR-related problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in Human Resources required.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
• Proficient in computer technology and HRIS systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
