The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. Northern District Court of Illinois are seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist for its shared services human resources office located in Chicago, Illinois. This position is essential in providing a variety of human resources services to both Courts, ensuring that all HR functions are executed efficiently and effectively. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal regulations. The role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with court personnel at all levels. In this position, the Human Resources Specialist will work closely with the Human Resources Officer to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the Courts' goals. The Specialist will also be involved in training and development initiatives, helping to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
