• Enter weekly 401(K) information from payroll reports into the relevant dashboard.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with employment and labor laws, ensuring all practices are legal and fair.
• Utilize the skills of ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, Hiring Processes.
• Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
