About the position

The position is a temporary contract role within the Human Resources team, focusing on providing administrative support for various HR functions. The role involves managing documents, coordinating meetings, and assisting with the annual performance review process, ensuring efficient operations within the HR department.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and direct incoming documents through the electronic system to various HR working queues and accurately label documents for filing while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, preparing agendas for monthly Associate Engagement Committee meetings and weekly Performance Management meetings.
  • Attend meetings, transcribe, and distribute minutes to relevant parties.
  • Oversee employment posters and mandatory updates for all communities.
  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Draft articles for HR monthly newsletters.
  • Perform administrative updates to the annual performance management process.
  • Run goal and review audits for the annual performance management process, following up with those past-due.
  • Assist the Sr. Manager - HR Strategic Initiatives with special projects as needed.
  • Back up on company-wide HR communications through a shared inbox.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned or necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with performance management processes.
  • Experience with HR software or document management systems.
