The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (Commission) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to perform complex, highly confidential, sensitive, and diversified human resources management (HRM) and administrative activities. This role requires discretion and a high degree of responsibility, as the successful candidate will work closely with the Chief HR Officer and Sr. HR Specialist to provide a full range of technical assistance, guidance, and advisory services to managerial, supervisory, and nonsupervisory staff. The Commission is dedicated to professional development and encourages staff participation in regulatory and industry association activities, as well as educational and professional training. Tuition reimbursement may also be available to support ongoing education. The Commission operates on a hybrid telework schedule, allowing employees to work three days per week from home and two days in the office.
