About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, orientation, benefits administration, and conflict resolution. This position requires expertise in workforce management systems and the ability to support employees throughout their employment journey.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to identify qualified candidates.
• Address employee relations issues by providing conflict resolution support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Partner with department managers to assess workforce needs and implement workforce management strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee time and attendance tracking to ensure accurate records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong conflict management and employee relations skills.
• Proficiency with attendance and workforce management systems.
• Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to effectively assess candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in HR functions.
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR generalist or specialist.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience with benefits administration.
• Familiarity with employee performance management systems.
