About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions that support the organization's workforce management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and tools, including Workday, iCIMS, and ADP, and will play a key role in enhancing employee performance management and sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Workday and iCIMS for tracking applicants and managing employee records.
  • Collaborate with management to develop performance management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Implement affirmative action planning to ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations.
  • Support workforce management initiatives by analyzing staffing needs and providing recommendations.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs using platforms like Paychex and Dayforce.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in project management activities related to HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or related field.
  • Familiarity with workforce management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems such as Workday, iCIMS, Paychex, ADP, and Dayforce is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage various HR functions effectively.
  • Knowledge of performance management processes and affirmative action planning is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
