Responsibilities

• Create job requisitions and coordinate offers for new hires.
• Conduct pre-employment activities and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
• Generate payroll reports and manage HR documents related to job status changes.
• Plan and facilitate training programs in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist with employee relations documentation and issues.
• Compile and analyze monthly and annual HR statistics and prepare reports.
• Support HR Manager with community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS and related systems such as Workday, ATS, ADP, eTime, PeopleSoft, ArcPlan, or Aspen.
• Intermediate knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exposure to OSHA reporting and compliance.
