Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and check the status of recruitments for multiple positions from posting to onboarding.
  • Act as the hiring liaison, communicating with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Respond to HR email inquiries and voicemails, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with setting up new employees and maintaining HR records.
  • Track personnel evaluations and ensure proper documentation is filed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Two years of comprehensive office experience with strong organizational skills.
  • One year of experience working on projects requiring attention to detail and strict timelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a Human Resources office or department.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software programs such as PeopleAdmin, PeopleSoft, or NeoGov.
  • Experience in an academic or higher education environment.
  • Experience in editing and maintaining web pages using a content management system.
